Common questions

Where's my order? Orders ship within 3–6 business days and we email tracking as soon as yours is on the way. See our shipping policy.

Will it fit my trash can? CompostFit fits Rev-A-Shelf RV-35 and RV-50 pull-out trash cans. Our fit guide shows where to find the part number. Have a different can? Request it here.

Returns, damage or a defective item? You have 30 days from delivery to return CompostFit; damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded when reported within 7 days. See our refund & return policy.

Cancel an order? If it hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel and refund you in full.
